KRS Supplement - The KAA & KDA has produced a all-in-one publication of the current Kentucky Revised Statutes Chapter 183. These statutes were last updated: June 26, 2007.  This is a vital resource for Airports and Airport Board members. 

This publication contains the Sections that are currently in force. Sections include: Aeronautics; Local Air Boards; Airport Loans; Acquisition of Airport Facilities; Bonds; Airport Development; Airport Zoning; Airport Safety and Security; & Penalties. Note: All repealed sections have been excluded.
