The Kentucky Aviation Association is a non-profit corporation organized under the 501(c)(6) federal tax code. We foster and promote aviation facilities, safety, industry, business, recreation, and aerospace education in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and pool and bring together the various interests and talents of individuals, bureaus, agencies, departments, professional people, and municipalities, for those purposes.

2013 KAA Conference

The annual KAA Conference will be held in Bowling Green, Kentucky at the Holiday Inn - University Plaza September 4-6, 2013.

The Kentucky Aviation Association was formulated in 1975, By-Laws Jan. 8, 1976 with John Games, Owensboro Airport as the first President, Articles of Incorporation Aug. 3, 1976. The first airport’s conference took place September 1975 at Rough River Dam State Park to foster and promote aviation facilities, safety industry, business and aerospace education in Kentucky and elsewhere. 

The Aviation Museum of Kentucky is pleased to announce The Kentucky Aviation Hall of Fame Class of  2013.   The following four Kentuckians will be enshrined on October 26, 2013 at the annual Black-Tie event.
